Domande frequenti (FAQ)
To help shorten the verification process, we recommend the following steps:
Obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct from the relevant authority in your country as soon as you are notified that a check is required. (if this is required for your check)
Prepare a complete list of your employment and education history for the past five years, ensuring you can provide supporting documents for each institution or employer. Verify the start and end dates for all entries.
Prepare a list of Gaps periods of more than 28 days between positions/study periods in the last 5 years.
Ensure you have a valid passport.
Note: If you are undergoing a recurrent check as an existing employee, you only need to provide information for employment or education outside your current company within the last five years.
After you submit the form, our team begins the process of reviewing the information you have submitted. If you need to change any detail, add information or a document that you received at a later stage, you can do so through the "support ticket" section in your personal area of the portal.
Usually after the candidate uploads all the information, the check is completed within a few working days (2-3)
All of our checks are carried out with the full consent of the candidates and they are the one who also provides all the official documents and our team performs the verification process
Our team provides the ordering company with a summary assessment that includes three types of findings – a proper check (green), an improper check (red) if abnormal findings emerge or no match was found in the verification process, or an inconclusive check (yellow) if there is insufficient information or the candidate did not cooperate sufficiently.
In any case, it should be emphasized that the final decision regarding the ability to employ the candidate is the responsibility of the ordering company.
This may include any of the following: a criminal record, discrepancies between the candidate’s provided information and the findings of the verification process, or the submission of forged documents or documents with unauthorized alterations. As noted, the final decision regarding the candidate’s employment rests solely with the requesting company.
For the identity verification stage, we receive a valid passport or a national certificate (it should be emphasized that in any case, a valid passport is required as required by the authorities), a certificate of no criminal record issued in the last six months, certificates attesting to academic studies (diploma), and documents confirming employment (such as an employment contract and pay slips attesting to the start and end dates of employment). For any questions please contact us at support@solaragesec.com
The regulation requires verification of all the last five years, and therefore gap periods of more than 28 days should be included in this sequence. You will be required to declare what was the background to the gap, such as lack of employment, vacation or otherwise. No need to provide verifying documents
Yes, you can, but keep in mind that the process involves uploading documents and answering complex questions at times, so we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for your convenience. In any case, it is important that you fill out the form as soon as possible, even if you do not currently have all the required documents in order for our team to begin the review process.
