Reference and Education Check

 

The second stage of the background check is validating the employee's or candidate's reference.

 

The process takes place after the candidate provides Solar Age's check team with full details of his employment history and high education details, as well as contact information. 

 

The company's skilled staff performs a professional check to verify that the data is accurate.

As part of the check, we verify any gaps between employment and/or education to ensure a complete review of the required period—typically the last 5 years, and in some cases up to 10 years depending on local regulations.

It is important to emphasize that the verification process is carried out with all necessary sensitivity; we collect the required data only, while respecting candidates' privacy.
