Criminal Record Checks
Checking the criminal record history is a major step in assessing the risk of hiring a new employee. This minimizes the Insider Threat, a case in which an employee ("insider") maliciously uses his clearance, job title or business knowledge to hurt the organization's data and security.
THE CHECK CYCLE
The requesting company initiates the check through its dedicated customer portal on our site, where it can order a new check or a repeat check for an existing employee. Orders can be submitted manually, via bulk upload, or through API integration.
Once the request is placed, Solar Age’s experienced team takes full responsibility—confirming that the candidate has begun the process and, when necessary, providing guidance on the specific information required to complete the check.
At any point, authorized personnel can monitor the status and identify any missing details through the portal.
